At Mum Strong, we empower mums to discover their inner and outer strength. Together, we rebuild confidence, foster body trust, and navigate the roller-coaster of motherhood in a supportive community of like-minded women. We focus on full body workouts that improve pelvic floor and abdominal function, aiding in the healing of diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, and prolapse.
Class Offerings
Restore Your Core
Restore Your Core lays the foundation for healing the body from the inside out after pregnancy and childbirth in a safe and effective way, so that you can build your healthiest, strongest body yet. This 8-week program assists you with returning to, or commencing exercise after giving birth. Mums and bubs are welcome to stay after class for a hot drink and the chance to ask any questions and to get to know one other.
For Term 4 2024, Restore Your Core will be held on Mondays at 10:30am.

Strong Mum
Strong Mum classes focus on rebuilding your strength and stamina through a mix of strength and cardio exercises. Workouts are 45 minutes long and are built to be beneficial and mindful of the core and pelvic floor, giving special attention to those often-overlooked postpartum body needs, because once postpartum, always postpartum.
For Term 4 2024, Strong Mum group fitness classes will be held on Monday and Friday at 9:30am.

Strong Woman
Strong Woman 45+ classes empower women through perimenopause to post-menopause and beyond. We focus on muscle and bone health with resistance training, ensuring pelvic floor and core safety. Welcoming all fitness levels, exercises are adapted to individual needs. Join us for 45 minutes of strength and cardio to enhance overall well-being in a supportive environment.
For Term 4 2024, Strong Woman group fitness classes will be held on Monday 12:30pm and Wednesday at 6:00pm.

Tiffany
Hi, I’m Tiffany the owner of Mum Strong, a mother of three energetic and beautiful children, and a personal trainer specialising in pre and postnatal women’s fitness.
Having been a scientist for 14 years, research and learning are my forte. I am a forever learner and aim to pass my knowledge to my mum clients. I believe the more educated a woman is, the more power she holds to know what is right for her body, regardless of her age and stage of motherhood.
Having experienced prolapse after the birth of my second child, I understand the journey of postpartum recovery deeply, and the profound shift in one's connection to their body after having a baby.
I firmly believe mothers are superhero’s who deserve to be supported and educated on how to safely rebuild their bodies from the inside out, because once postpartum, always postpartum. This is why Mum Strong was born.
